What to put in your message

A short description of the piece, including the metals, stones and any visible damage
Its approximate age and any history you hold, such as a maker or a previous repair
What you would like restored, and whether the piece is to be worn or kept as it is
Photographs taken in daylight, and your preferred dates for a viewing or collection

We answer enquiries within two working days, and sooner where the matter is urgent.
